By accessing and using Your Exit Story (“the Platform”), operated by Business Succession Pros, Inc. (“BSP,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Your Exit Story is a business exit readiness platform that helps business owners assess their readiness to exit, generates prioritized 90-day action plans, and provides exit options analysis. The Platform is used by business owners in coordination with their assigned advisor or account manager.
The information, reports, scores, action plans, valuations, and exit options analysis provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Scores and projections are estimates based on self-reported data and should not be relied upon as guarantees of business value or exit outcomes. Users should consult qualified professionals (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, business brokers) before making business decisions.
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. Your advisor generates an invitation link, and you create an account to access your personalized portal. You are responsible for:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your business information, financial data, assessment responses, or generated reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate data will result in inaccurate assessments and recommendations.
We treat all business and financial information you provide as confidential. Your data is accessible only to you, your assigned advisor, and BSP administrators. We will not share your data with other clients, other advisors, or unrelated third parties without your explicit consent.
The Platform is currently in beta. Features, scoring algorithms, and recommendations may change as we refine the product. We welcome your feedback and will notify you of any material changes to the service.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to business decisions made based on Platform outputs, inaccuracies in scoring or projections, or lost business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your data. We will retain data for up to 30 days after account closure to facilitate any necessary data export.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
